EPSOM SALT / MAGNESIUM SULPHATE PREMIUM GRADE USP/BP CERTIFIED

A premium USP/BP grade Magnesium Sulphate, commonly known as Epsom salt, which can be used to supply the body with abundant Magnesium and Sulphur which are absolutely essential minerals for health & wellbeing, which makes it an ideal choice for bath soak, foot soak, spa or cosmetic use, and in many other applications for therapeutic benefits.

Nanna's tried and tested home remedy for muscle aches and soreness, is to take a soak with Espom Salt. 

Great for soothing muscle aches by placing 2 cups of Epsom Salt in a standard sized bath and soaking for at least 10 minutes, or make a luxurious soak by mixing 2 cups of Epsom Salt with a cup of Bicarb Soda and 15 drops of your favourite essential oil.

There are various grades and prices for Epsom Salt, but watch out for cheap quality options, as they may be using cheap and even recycled chemicals to produce the salt and save money, and there is no garauntee or testing to verify the amount of magnesium contained in the salt.

USP/BP and Food Grade are the highest grades available, with both having stringent specifications that the Epsom Salt must meet before it can be either grade. If an Epsom Salt meets these specifications, then it is definitely a quality Epsom Salt. Our Epsom Salt is graded both USP and BP grades and is independently analysed to ensure the best quality.

Food Grade Magnesium Chloride Flakes

Our Magnesium Chloride is a quality high grade flake that provides essential minerals to your body, skin & cells. It can be used in bath soaks, salt scrubs, foot soaks, combined with essential oils, as a Magnesium Oil Spray, and in many other applications.

MAGNESIUM OIL

To make your own concentrated Magnesium Oil, simply boil water and add equal parts magnesium flakes. For example, to make a 250mL batch, boil 250ml of distilled water and dissolve 250g of flakes. Let it cool, and then fill a spray bottle for application directly onto skin.

Spray onto sore muscles and joints, and leave for 10-15 minutes before wiping or rinsing off. Tingling will occur on first applications, and if it becomes uncomfortable, simply rinse off with fresh water.

Tough on mould, calcium and limescale. Natural and biological acids attacks and contains mould at the source while leaving the surface sparkling clean. Suitable for shower screens and recess, sinks, tiles and floor.
