Any items that arrive broken or faulty will be replaced if we are notified within 7 days of receipt. For items that arrive broken or damaged, please email us a photograph within 7 days at firstname.lastname@example.org and the item will be promptly replaced.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept any returns on personal care and intimate products (including but not limited to menstrual cups and Hannahpad).
